GRACIAS, GRACIAS, GRACIAS by Pablo Garcia

GRACIAS, GRACIAS, GRACIAS

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

A word repeatedly resounds after each puncture, "thank you, thank you and thank you" It is the word that is heard non-stop in the room where for more than a year they have not met even to watch television and that with the old normality was the room meeting of the elderly and their families. Only on the night of December 24 was it possible to set up with great care and a safe distance so that they could listen to a music band play their favorite Christmas carols and be able to celebrate Christmas very different from those that normally used to be celebrated.

It is 10 in the morning, Jose Luis and Nuria arrive on time for the most anticipated appointment of this last hard year at the Las Praderas residence, in Pozuelo de Alarcón, a town in the province of Madrid.

They are loaded with all the material to give the second dose of the Plizzer vaccine to 143 people among residents and workers of the center, the nerves of joy are noticeable in the place where under a cross they prepare these doses with care and care so as not to waste any of them.

"Each bottle provides 6 vaccines, which we dose without losing a drop, so we take turns, one prepares the syringes and the other injects them"

The first to go through the vaccination are the workers from the previous night's shift so that they can go home to rest, then the residents who wait patiently queue in the corridor that leads to the vaccination area, to pass through the companions who are making an exhaustive count of who is going to be vaccinated and thus not have any problems and that no one is left without their dose.

Jose Luis tells us that "we have been vaccinating as a team since December 28 in residences in the community of Madrid and in some health centers, but above all in residences"

Helena, an 86-year-old woman who travels in a wheelchair, comes to the date happy and excited. “My grandson who works in a hospital, the Puerta de Hierro, in Majadahonda, you know, he told me that is why he is seen on phone calls, Skype, a modern thing for when they cannot come, that I have to vaccinate twice, this is the second, and soon I will be able to see them all, because now only a few can come. I am very happy and then I will call my grandson to tell him that I have been vaccinated "

Francisca with a cane in hand walks to get the vaccine, wondering if her arm will hurt after the puncture, because she has food waiting. While he is asking that, Jose Luís without stopping the machinery injects him the dose and says "Francisca, that's it, you haven't even noticed, you're already vaccinated" Francisca puts on her jacket, looks at the two of them, gives them the Thank you, clap your hands and go to eat.

The day continues to move forward with normality and the hope of being able to overcome this nightmare that has affected both the residences in our country in which a total of more than 26,000 people have been taken because of Covid19 or with symptoms that could be related to it. One of the directors of the center, María Auxiliadora, visibly affected, recalled this last year how they have all suffered due to the lack of direct and in-person contact with the families, since they began to take preventive measures since February and closed the residence to any visit , those visits that created so much benefit for the elderly and how they have had to try to replace it with video calls and above all with something more traditional and that the residents liked the most, which were the handwritten letters that the workers of the center read them carefully in how much they arrived.

The very long day of vaccination is ending and two old women in their respective wheelchairs look at each other excited as they leave the room, thanking these two heroes without capes who came to vaccinate them.

FOSA 111. PATERNA by Pablo Garcia

Recover the past amid fear of the future

The pandemic has changed some of our preconceived customs and, also, our way of living and working, but it has not been a major impediment to continue recovering historical memory. Although during the hardest part of the confinement all non-essential activity was stopped, the works in the different graves located in the state have returned to adapt to the new measures. In addition to the complications caused by the security protocol and the difficulty of working more than two people together as it is a small space, the greatest damage caused by this crisis in the exhumation work is the lack of visits from family members. Although it may seem irrelevant, it is essential to compare the DNA of the buried remains in order to identify the victims. Fortunately, the relaxation of measures is allowing the people who want their loved ones to finally rest in peace.

This is the case of the Paterna cemetery in Valencia, which is known as "the mass grave of Spain", since its walls include more than sixty mass graves and around 2,300 people shot. Although everything stopped on March 15, from the beginning of April it was possible to return to work. Currently, the work is focused on grave 111, with more than 150 people buried who were shot (according to the data that is preserved from the registry and the memories of relatives) between the end of March and the first of May 1940. In each bag it ended with the lives of about 50 people, who were transported lifeless in a truck and were unloaded by throwing themselves into the hole in places like this in the Valencian city.

From phase 1 the visits of those close to them returned, which coincided with the exhumation of the first bodies of this grave, where there are still months of work. Among the first people who came to the cemetery was Vicenta Juan, the granddaughter of Juan Escobar Fenollosa, father of four children who was executed on April 6, 1940. His grandfather, according to what he tells us, was a day laborer in the countryside and fond of music whose "crime" was attending a Manuel Azaña rally. When the war ended, he was betrayed by his neighbors and shot. In addition, all his belongings were taken from his wife and four children, and they were forced to take refuge in caves near Manises.

Another person who approached Paterna was Mercedes Pérez, granddaughter of Eduardo Pérez, deputy mayor of the Valencian city of Tavernes de la Valldigna. In addition, he was a correspondent for the Levante newspaper and a member of the CNT union. He was caught trying to cross the border and shot at the age of 51. His granddaughter tells us that he only has 2 photos left and the piece of marble tombstone that was next to the mass grave, which serves to identify the names of the many buried that exist throughout the Spanish geography. Mercedes needs her nephew and one of her siblings to be able to get the DNA test and to be reliable, since genetics does not allow to compare the data of vertical men and women descendants.

"My grandfather is buried with his worthy compatriots who fought for ideals of equality and fraternity during the Republic and, not to think like those who were in command, he was executed vilely in a firing squad." It is the complaint of this woman who, despite being a population at risk for the Coronavirus, goes without fear looking for her grandfather to be able to bury him with dignity and finally give him a deserved rest.

Before Covid19, the places where the mass graves are found were full of relatives who provided very important data for the exhumation of the bodies and for obtaining first-hand information, but the pandemic has caused everything to be delayed, given the strict measures safety and health. But this path has never been an easy task and it only represents one more stone to overcome to reconstruct the past and pay off a historical debt. There have been legal impediments and obstacles from political parties that have done more damage than the Coronavirus, but the reason and humanity of the group of victims maintains the hope of being able to recover their families and close this fight to which they have dedicated their lives.

FOSAS COMUNES DE LOS OLVIDADOS by Pablo Garcia

In the civil cemetery of the city of Castellón de la Plana, they are buried in mass graves and ditches at a distance between 70 centimeters and 1 meter deep a total of about 1000 bodies of people shot at the end of the civil war by the army Franco. All these people were shot in the river that passes through the city center and has the name of Rio Seco.

Thanks to the burial of the cemetery that the franchise troops carried the bodies piled up, he was able to bury them and document the date of their burials with the position the name and the place where he buried them in the different mass graves. This file has been preserved to this day and has been of great value to be able to identify each of the bodies that have been exhumed and be able to deliver them to their families.

In such hard work the group of archaeantro archaeologists participates that are those who are doing the excavations both in this cemetery and in the one of Paterna, in the neighboring city of Valencia.

For this, they also have the collaboration of many relatives who come unselfishly to collaborate and help as volunteers in the excavations, such as Daniel's case, that his grandfather was shot and is in pit 128 of the cemetery of Paterna and every day he travels More than 80km separating your home from the Castellón cemetery to help with any job.

Rosa Maria, is the granddaughter of Vicente Ballester Forcada, shot at age 35 for being a member of the CNT and having ideas of the left, on May 7, 1940, Vicente was the first shot of that day in which they killed 12 people. That is why his granddaughter with the report of the undertaker of that time knows the exact place where his grandfather was buried in the grave. There is just a space that separates the 4 shot of the previous day.

Vicente's wife, Rosa Maria's grandmother, died at 102 years with the pain of never having been able to bury her husband, and finally her granddaughter, after 40 years of democracy she has managed to get a morning in September 2019 see the remains of his grandfather shot for thinking differently and that the buttons of the shirt he was wearing that day were still preserved.

SUPERVIVIENTES by Pablo Garcia

SUPERVIVIENTES

Supervivientes... y ahora futbolistas. Nunca se cansarán de celebrarlo.

SURVIVORS

Survivor, yes, damn it! I will never tire of celebrating it. "Sabina sings it in his latest work (penultimate, always second to last) and it is useful for the case that concerns us, because there are victims and there are survivors." It's simple. We believe that the victim is the one who is suffering in his house the subject of mistreatment. Once he goes out by his means or because someone helps him, he becomes a survivor. There he confronts reality from another point of view. We are for that. Many call us when they are already out, although many others do it when they are still inside and we help them take the step. "Carmen Benito, president of Mujeres Unidas con el Maltrato (MUM) ... and player of Let us bee! , first team that will represent Spain in the Global Goals World Cup.

This story has other protagonists, of course, and begins in October 2018, when Eir Soccer, a non-profit Danish sports association, gets in touch with the Association of Spanish Women's Indoor Soccer Players. "I had met an ex-athlete in a European sports forum," says Natalia Orive, president of the AJFSF. "We were the two speakers, he told me about his project and I thought we could collaborate", he adds.

And what is that project? It was in September 2015 that almost 200 world leaders committed themselves, within the framework of the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations, to elaborate a set of global challenges to protect the planet and guarantee prosperity. There are 17, specifically, under the name World Sustainable Development Goals. Eir, later, has turned those ODS into a sport, creating the Global Goals as an alternative competition. "Football, activism and women at risk of social exclusion are combined, so each selected country has to choose a group in which at least four people have suffered some kind of exclusion, for example the one in Greece is for refugee women. In our case, as in Spain, the subject of gender violence is being dealt with a lot, with what happened with La Manada, with the feminist movement of 8-M, we are interested in an association that will work against this type of abuse. We search the internet and we find MUM, we found it interesting, "recalls Natalia.

We want to be seen and witnessed ... that the one on the other side knows that there is an exit

Carmen Benito (president of Mujeres Unidas against Maltrato)

"I stayed with her and she told me about the project, what it was like and why ... I liked it a lot and decided to present it to the other compañeras, the board of directors and the coordinators, who immediately told us that it was a group to participate and everything has gone smoothly, "adds Carmen. MUM is based in Madrid, but serves women throughout the Spanish territory. Born in 2010 from personal experience, is formed by a professional team of psychologists, lawyers and social workers, with the dual objective of supporting in this process that goes victim of survivor of abuse and to prevent and educate in the struggle against gender violence. "We did not want to put ourselves in the personal situation of each player, we respect their privacy", introduces Natalia. "I am the president ... and I am a survivor," Carmen solves.

The background noise, while Primera Plana converses with one and another, goes through beaten balls and slippers that squeak when sliding on the track. It is late in the afternoon at the sports center located on the south campus of the Polytechnic University of Madrid and this supplement attends one of the Let us bee! Trainings, a name that will later be addressed because it has its own explanation. "I personally had serious doubts that we were going to complete, I do not know, five or six sessions, but we took more than 15. Even at Easter they wanted to train and improve, so it was very easy, because they have a predisposition, a commitment, without having played football before, it has surprised us, it is they who demand from us, that we come from the world of sport ", recognizes Natalia, who will also play the tournament. "The first contact I had with soccer was at Rayo Vallecano, because we are part of his shirt of the seven colors, we are the purple, the fight against gender violence, but we have never played before. Now it's about working as a team, having fun, exercising ... and the objective that accompanies everything, of course, it's worth it ... After all it's a project of the association, so we're working, but here we disconnect and have a good time, the little we are playing, we forget everything, "Carmen admits.

Consuelo, Eva, Olga, another Carmen (Luengo) and Luz, each with their story, each with her smile, complete a team led by Susana Sánchez. "You can call me Magic," jokes the coach, underestimating the journalist's memory when the conversation is not yet being recorded. There are eight, finally, for a tournament that has already gone through nine countries and now, specifically next Tuesday, comes to Copenhagen. In addition to ours, teams from Germany, Austria, Great Britain, Czech Republic, Denmark, Greece, Ireland, Malta or Romania will compete against teams from all over Denmark in six-minute matches played in the urban arena of the famous Blox building. The winner will go to the grand final, in New York next September. The GGWCup has its own scoring system, taking into account the peculiarities of the participants: in addition to goals, points are awarded for actions, creative style and public participation. As you even attend to the kits, Let us Bee! prepares ones that, logically, will have to do with bees.

They had never played, but they have an amazing commitment; they are the ones who demand of us

Natalia Orive (president of the Association of Women's Soccer Players)

Visibility is another fundamental concept here. "There are women who are going to participate and who do not want images, who come from behind, who take different measures depending on the situation of each one ... we talk about it and from the first minute MUM made clear its premise: you always have to give The more they normalize everything, the better. That gives them strength ... and more value to the situation they have had to live, "explains Natalia. "Let a woman hide ... the other way around, we have suffered it and we want our faces to be seen, giving testimony so that whoever is on the other side knows that there is a way out and is encouraged. Many times when you are behind you do not know how to deal with it: if I leave, what is the next step? That they know that, although they should change things, they have support from both the institutions and our association, "Carmen recalls.

In the sum of solidarities that the initiative supposes, the Sustainable Development Goal chosen is the number 15, life of terrestrial ecosystems, which happens to stop the loss of biological diversity. In the case of bees, 8% die every year from toxic substances, deforestation, climate change ... "We could have chosen gender-based violence, of course, but it seemed to us that we were already working on the subject and that we could contribute something more ", affirms the president of MUM. "They also do a lot of things in terms of ecology, recycling, they even have an ecovillage ... they liked that theme, it was beautiful and easy to implement," says AJFSF.

It's nine o'clock at night and the training ends. Next destination: Copenhagen.

Survivors ... and now footballers. They will never tire of celebrating it.

ELECCIONES GENERALES 2019 by Pablo Garcia

ELECCIONES GENERALES 2019.

LOS DIABLOS DE LUZÓN by Pablo Garcia

THE DEVILS OF LUZÓN

The devils chase their victims to smudge with soot to everyone who is not disguised.

According to legend, once a year creatures leave Mother Earth through a crack that nobody has ever seen. The outbreak of cowbells announces the arrival of these ancestral beings: the devils of Luzon.

At the sunset, the devils appear in this small town of Guadalajara province (Spain) and chase their victims to smudge soot to anyone who crosses their path with the face uncovered. That is the reason why the famous “mascaritas”  (masks) avoid showing their face by covering it with a white cloth.

Their figures are characterized by their totally black clothing, holding huge bull horns on their heads, wearing large cowbells and impregnating their face and arms with a mixture of soot and oil, which gives them that unmistakable black color.

The origin of the parade goes back to the the 'Lusones' settlement, who populated this part of the Tajuña riverbank, and transmitted it from generation to generation. At the end of 60s, the tradition was lost. However, it was recovered in 1992 becoming more famous and popular each year. Today, this cultural event is declared as an asset of Regional Tourist´s Interest and Festival of Provincial Tourist´s Interest.

HUELGA DEL TAXI EN MADRID by Pablo Garcia

TAXI STRIKE IN MADRID.

Photogallery of the day of the taxi strike in Madrid in its conflict against the government of the community of Madrid to reach an agreement and to regulate by law the VTC licenses used by both Uber and Cabify.

The strikers with yellow vests in the image and likeness that in the protests in France have focused on Fitur have taken advantage of the start of the fair and with their pressure have managed to get the kings into the enclosure through a side door, while other groups of pickets have cut one of the main arteries of Madrid, which is the M40 road.

The day of struggle has resulted in 1 arrested and 11 injured and the strikers have tried at all times to engage in battle with the police and avoid altercations with drivers who were upset by the road cuts, but strikes are a measure of pressure of the workers when they see that they do not have any exit the negotiations with the regional government that has been without them for a long time and they see how their union with the liberal measures imposed is condemned to death.

LOS OTROS CAMPEONES by Pablo Garcia

David Carvajal (responsable Escuelas Deportivas Adisli)

Álvaro is 26 years old and has been training for more than four years. On Mondays, from seven to eight in the afternoon, he makes a radio program in Hortaleza. He also acts as a DJ. He went through the San Pablo CEU university and attended a two-day-a-week job placement course. He continues to live with his parents and does not want a girlfriend "at the moment".

An inclusive project to compete ... and share: this is how the Adisli team trains every Friday

Inés does a course in audiovisual professional development at the Complutense University and, as a representative of an association, tries to be the voice of all her colleagues. He wants to have a job "facing the public".

Jesus turned 29 and works as an administrative assistant. He would like to become independent, get his driver's license and get an indefinite contract.

Manu and Miguel are good friends. One wants to be a musician or footballer; the other, coach. Both continue going to school. "We do not have anything else to tell," they joke, embracing each other.

Juan José is competitive, say those who know him, hence his participation in two different championships of the same sport modality is not strange. Also, study: for food handler. In addition, he works: as a warehousing technician.

Álvaro, Inés, Jesús, Manu, Miguel, Juan José and many others like them are young with the usual problems of age.

Álvaro, Inés, Jesús, Manu, Miguel, Juan José and many others like them play in a futsal team in Adisli.

Adisli, created in 1997 by a group of families that saw how the specific needs of their children were not met, is the Association for the Care of People with Light Intellectual Disability and Limit Intelligence. It is a non-profit entity and declared of public utility, whose mission is to provide support and opportunities for those affected "to develop their life projects, accompanied by their network of support", working in turn for "a society inclusive that recognizes the value of diversity and the exercise of full citizenship for all people. "

De Adisli is also one of the basketball teams that, as a rival to the protagonists, appears in the wonderful film 'Champions', all formed by athletes with various disabilities. Perhaps for that collaboration, Álvaro, Inés, Jesús, Manu, Miguel, Juan José and many others like them were invited to the premiere. Álvaro, Inés, Jesús, Manu, Miguel and Juan José are the other 'Champions'. They do not star in the feature film ... but they could star in it.

We fight to break down barriers and have the rights of any other

Inés (player Adisli)

"We recommend that everyone see it", insists Inés, that's why she should not worry: more than three million viewers and almost 20 of collection. "It expresses many of our feelings at the same time and visualizes the intellectual disability We want inclusive education and that we are treated like normal people There are people who do not know what we can do, we will surprise them, giving us an opportunity We can do many things that we propose, we want to achieve our own goals and continue breaking barriers, "he adds.

People with mild intellectual disability are characterized by having an intellectual coefficient between 50 and 70, while people with limited intelligence range between 70 and 85, in both cases below what the World Health Organization considers normal. (between 85 and 115). Those affected can show deficit of adaptive capacity in several areas (from a list formed by communication, personal care, domestic life, social / interpersonal skills, use of community resources, self-control, academic skills, work, leisure, health and safety), although it should be clear that this does not prevent a good degree of autonomy in the activities of daily life and that people with one or the other are as different from each other as those who do not have this type of limitations. They are, in any case, disabilities that generate risk of exclusion due to the difficult identification, social ignorance and lack of specialized resources. Adisli, in that sense, is one of the entities that offers specific attention to these people.

David Carvajal is responsible for the sports schools of Adisli: "It is an inclusive sports project, of coexistence between peers and the community, it is about giving these children an opportunity, they are now training three days a week and we participate in the Liga Femaddi They lose their fears and gain self-esteem and friendship, they value it a lot. "

They lose their fears and gain self-esteem, they value it very much

David Carvajal (responsible Adisli Sports Schools)Femaddi is the Madrilenian Federation of Sports for the Intellectual Disabled. Its objective is "the practice and promotion of sports for people with intellectual disabilities, in accordance with the regulations of the Community of Madrid and national and international organizations that govern sport". Currently the Federation has 54 entities and all its athletes "must prove a disability percentage of 33% or higher, by disability certificate issued by official bodies." The Futsal League is a regular competition with more than 650 athletes and teams divided into six different groups according to their level of play. In the Third division, for example, is the Adisli Atlético de Madrid Neptuno Foundation. The team of Álvaro, Inés and company. The collaboration with the Metropolitan entity dates from the agreement that was signed in 2015.

Hence the clothes that, in red and white key, look good part of the team members when Primera Plana shows up on a Friday afternoon at the Arganzuela Integrated Municipal Sports Center to attend one of their trainings. Five minutes later, yes, your heart has been stolen with your way of being and facing life. Everyone agrees that the values that teamwork brings, in this case sports, they would not learn with other activities. There are concepts that are repeated in their mouths: "Respect, companionship, solidarity, joy, fun, friendship ..."

María Mesonero is your coach. Student of lighting in a Moratalaz institute and lover of photography and of futsal, it is one of those people who injects his own passion into others. Before starting, in the locker room, the jokes happen.

"You want to save the training by taking part on Sunday, you are about to convince me ... but not". "And if we offer you 200 euros?" "You do not have them, come on, today we're going to work on the defense and then we're going to shoot on goal" ...

Actually they perform during the session with the illusion that they bring their desire to learn, admitting, yes, that it is the weekend, when jumping on the court before the game, when they notice "a tingling in the gut".

Some of them, by the way, also participate in the Santander Genuine League, an integrative social responsibility initiative organized by LaLiga through its Foundation, consisting of a competition made up of teams from the group of people with intellectual disabilities. The tournament, which is preparing its second edition, is played in the Football 8 modality, in four-part matches of 10 minutes each. The season is divided into four phases and takes place in six venues, with a total of 30 teams registered. The one that occupies us represents, of course, Atlético. Unfortunately, there are Barcelona and Real Madrid. In the Genuine not only add sporting results, but also positive attitudes. Therefore, the teams have a series of points on each day that reward the behavior and actions of sportsmanship and fair play of players, coaches and hobbies. "It's about sharing before competing," reads the motto.

"Everyone has their story," says Julio (Juan Margallo) to Marco (Javier Gutiérrez) in one of the scenes of 'Champions'.

It's true, everyone has it. "But we fight for the same rights as any other person," completes Inés.

They are champions.

LA LUCHA ES EL ÚNICO CAMINO by Pablo Garcia

Septiembre 2018. Madrid.

Evicted stopped Pepi, the fight is the only way.

These images correspond to the story of Josefa Santiago, known as Pepi, a woman, a widow, 65 years old and without work who lives with her two daughters of 27 and 28 years old. She lives in a flat on the fourth floor of the building, on Argumosa Street 11 in Madrid, in the Lavapies neighborhood, on the third floor lives her sister who also has an eviction order for November 22. Pepi, a neighbor of the Lavapies neighborhood, has lived in this house for more than 20 years. This was the third attempt to get her out of her house after the building was bought by the company Inversión en Proindivisos S.L. what is best known in Spain as vulture funds and what this company is looking for is to evict the entire building for the construction of apartments and luxury homes in the center of Madrid, remember that this street is just a few minutes walk from the station Train of Atocha and the Del Prado Museum. The company at no time has begun to negotiate with the residents of the house since its sole objective is the total eviction of the building even paying monthly rental income.

In the early hours of the morning some 70 activists from different anti-eviction platforms have camped at the door of the building and about 6:00 a.m. a police device has been deployed of about 10 police vans with more than 30 policemen. About 9:00 a.m. the Delegation of the Government of Madrid has ordered the withdrawal of the police cordon.

Citizen pressure along with the demands of the Committee of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights of the United Nations has demanded an indefinite stoppage of eviction until Pepi's family, the municipality can find a "housing alternative".

FINAL DEL MUNDIAL DE RUSIA 2018 by Pablo Garcia

WORLD CUP FINAL RUSSIA 2018.

Covering a final of a football world cup for those of us who love football, is a wonderful thing, 8 years ago I was lucky for the first time to enjoy a final in South Africa and with the fortune of seeing La Roja win, this time, without No pressure could enjoy the work that I do not see as such, because for me being a photojournalist is my vocation and my life.

I decided to make a photographic report of the final in which I could recreate all the emotions contained in 90 minutes of both the winners and the losers.

In Moscow, in an impressive stadium, two teams met, the French and the Croatian, who deservedly reached the final and played a game full of rhythm and good football in which the French team was superior and was proclaimed champion of World for the second time in its history with all merit. The Croatian team that was the revelation of the tournament was a worthy rival who played from you to your opponent without any fear of the rival and fought until the end to be able to turn the game around.

At the end of the tournament during the delivery of medals a storm fell on the winners and losers that made the images of the final even more epic.

This is a photogallery that I have allowed myself to do with some desaturated tonalities that I think further enhance the magnitude of this unpublished final played at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow, on July 15, 2018.

TXUPINAZO DE SAN FERMIN by Pablo Garcia

I really wanted to go to Pamplona on July 6 to experience the txupinazo of the San Fermín fiestas. I have always seen pictures of colleagues that day that I found very impressive because of the accumulation of people in the town hall square and the surroundings of the old town. The red color of the handkerchiefs that each person wears next to the clothing that starts off being white and ends up being wine-colored creates a unique atmosphere for photography.

For each balcony, the neighbors refresh people with water, wine, beer or whatever, in a festive and drunken atmosphere, in which this year the indignation was also present for the rape in a group of a girl of savages who called themselves the herd.

This photo gallery tries to represent what was yesterday's txupinazo and subsequent start of the festivities.

RACING VILLAVERDE. UN BARRIO UN EQUIPO UNA ILUSIÓN by Pablo Garcia

RACING VILLAVERDE.

RACING VILLAVERDE. A NEIGHBOR A TEAM AN ILLUSION.
In this photo gallery I want to show with a selection of photos what is the project that we have in the neighborhood with the Racing Villaverde ecuela of which I am part. Some of our children went to play a tournament during 4 days of coexistence in the Farm of San Ildefono, province of Segovia and together with our fans they made the little ones feel like they were world champions.
We are a humble neighborhood team, in which each and every one of our aspirations and efforts are aimed at the children, who in some cases play as mixed teams, every time they finish a training or a game they can leave the field of game with a smile and having given everything they had to be able to help the teammate and the team, having won, tied or lost.
Our signs of team identity go through solidarity and teamwork for the benefit of the neighborhood and our motto defines it. A neighborhood, a team, an illusion.
In these images you can see the illusion of both children and fans who did not stop animating at any time and which resulted in an impressive environment full of color and enthusiasm for the defense of our values.
Thank you very much to all.
A neighborhood, a team, an illusion.

LOS EMPALAOS by Pablo Garcia
